Vice Chair: Maggie Snook
Maggie spent time in Africa & the Middle East while bring up two boys, before settling down in Guildford back in the 1980s. A change of direction away from surgical nursing was needed and by luck nursing in a factory environment called. Studying for her O.H. Diploma, while youngest son studied for his GCSEs. She worked in the NHS & Local Government as an OH adviser, before taking a management role. For the last 5 years working as Deputy Clinical Director at the Robens Centre for OH&S, an incredibly varied & challenging role.
Membership of Mid Downs for the last 20 years has been an invaluable support, an active member of the Conference Committee for several years and Treasurer 2002 -2005.
